We can not thank you enough for the honest and forthright manner in which you handled all of the aspects of selling our home at 1609 St. Regis Drive in San Jose. This letter is expressly written for your use with prospective clients as an endorsement of your services.

Chuck gave what proved to be excellent advice and accomplished all that he promised. Anne was available at all times during the various inspections, repair work, and escrow. They were a very competent and efficient team. Within five weeks of signing with Chuck - we were out of the St Regis Drive home and in our new home. Chuck sold the house in less than one day (we had a bid before the For Sale sign was in the ground), the required inspections were completed and escrow closed within that five week time frame. And, there was a back-up offer. As a side note, Chuck even put us in touch with the realtor who sold us our new home.
